Your responsibilities also include managing a Learning Management System—handling user access, enrolments, content uploads, and performance reporting. Standardisation and scalability are key to the role, allowing successful solutions to be implemented efficiently across the business.
An essential part of your duties is supporting the onboarding journey, helping to shape and execute a 90-day capability model for new team members. Accelerating training content development with AI tools will be part of your toolkit, ensuring modern delivery with measurable outcomes.
