As the Global Head of CSV Governance & Standards, you will develop, own, and evolve the company’s policies, frameworks, and decision models covering multiple business areas.

This senior leadership role reports directly to the Global Head of Contract Logistics IT Deployment, offering impact at an international level.
Main Responsibilities
The role requires you to set strategy, manage global frameworks, and define policies for Computer System Validation (CSV) and Computer Software Assurance (CSA).
Day-to-day tasks include overseeing compliance, leading cross-functional initiatives, and acting as an escalation point for governance-related issues.
You must engage with various stakeholders across business units, supporting operational execution, audit readiness, and compliance standards.
Additionally, driving industry-leading practices and ensuring continuous alignment with current regulations such as GAMP5, FDA guidelines, and ISO 9001 is crucial.
Part of your function will also be designing and delivering training, building global capability, and maintaining audit documentation.
