Responsibilities and Daily Tasks
As Marketplace Manager, your day-to-day involves managing key agent accounts and seller relationships. You’ll also handle negotiations, optimise offer closures, and collaborate with internal sales, product, and marketing teams.
Tracking KPIs for offer closures and customer satisfaction is fundamental. You’ll use CRM systems for efficient pipeline management and workflow organisation. Staying informed on property market trends and regulatory updates will help guide your business insight.

Cons of the Marketplace Manager Position
High expectations and a fast-paced environment can be stressful, particularly during peak deal times. Performance targets are demanding, which may not suit every working style.
