Responsibilities and Daily Tasks
This coordinator is responsible for buying all IT equipment required by the business, ensuring complete adherence to company procurement policies at every step. Tasks include maintaining thorough purchasing records, gathering supplier documentation, and obtaining necessary authorisations from business budget owners before any order is processed.
Day-to-day, managing relationships with preferred suppliers and sourcing competitive quotations are also required. The coordinator will monitor invoice submissions, arrange timely payments, and work with finance to reconcile technology supplier accounts, supporting financial accuracy across the department.
Alongside procurement, you’ll take charge of detailed asset management, which means documenting returned equipment, overseeing warranty and off-site repair processes, and ensuring all asset records are aligned with business units.
