The Contract Intensive Case Management Worker opportunity offers a full-time, contract position with a generous hourly rate of $28.76. This role is structured Monday to Friday with one evening per week, providing stability in scheduling.

Applicants should bring at least one year of experience in social services, knowledge of harm reduction, and case management skills. Successful candidates will work within a unionized environment and must pass a criminal background check.

The ability to intervene in crises, provide trauma-informed care, and follow Home First’s mission are central to daily tasks. Admin tasks include reporting and documentation.

Collaboration is key, as workers liaise closely with colleagues, external agencies, and aid clients in navigating government services vital for their stability.
