This customer service position offers a competitive hourly wage between $23 and $25 and is open exclusively to Indigenous candidates. It is a full-time, permanent role, and employees are offered flexible schedules with advance notice. What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
As a customer service representative, your main responsibilities include answering client calls, assessing their needs, and guiding them to the best financial solutions. Flexibility in scheduling is required, with potential shifts during the day, evenings, and weekends. In addition, ongoing in-person training helps new hires build confidence and expertise.
