Validating proposals, managing documentation, and overseeing departmental assets form essentials of the role. You’ll also handle training plans for new engineers and manage regular departmental check-ins.

Taking ownership of the warranty claim process and participating in interviews for new engineers are also key tasks. Your efforts will directly improve client satisfaction and team capabilities.
