Working as a Host or Hostess at The Alcove involves greeting guests warmly and managing the front-of-house area to ensure a smooth flow.
Responsibilities include informing guests of estimated wait times and contacting them when their table becomes available.
Taking and managing reservations over the phone, online, or in-person is a regular part of the job.
The role entails maintaining cleanliness, seating guests efficiently, and ensuring all patrons feel welcome when entering the establishment.
