Responsabilidades do dia a dia
Reporting to the Technical Manager, the Quality Assurance Technologist maintains and improves the Quality & Food Safety Management System. Tasks include capturing and analysing production data for traceability and reviewing crucial documentation. Handling customer complaints and non-conformances form part of the role, together with corrective action management. Supporting audits, inspections, and compliance with HACCP and GMP standards is required. Supervising quality controllers and coaching staff ensures continuous quality improvements.
