日々の責任
As a customer service employee, your primary role is to answer calls and guide clients through financial tasks and services.
You will assess clients’ banking needs, recommend electronic solutions, and deliver helpful support every day.
Shift schedules vary, which means you may work daytime, evenings, or weekends, giving flexibility and three weeks’ notice in advance.
All work is conducted on-site, so team collaboration is essential, and bilingual communication skills are highly valued in this position.
Expect an initial, thorough 3–4 month in-person training program to equip you for a successful start.
