The Clinical Pharmacist – Relief Full Time position comes with a competitive hourly salary ranging from $51.37 to $64.19. This role is available for a fixed term until September 2026 or until the position’s incumbent returns, offering a stable and rewarding commitment. In this role, you’ll provide individualized pharmacotherapy, working closely with physicians and allied healthcare professionals to develop tailored therapeutic plans for patients. Regular duties also include counselling patients and their families on medication therapy to boost understanding and compliance. You’ll support quality assurance efforts with medication use evaluations, participate in clinical drug trials, and mentor pharmacy students and residents. The expectation is for you to validate, dispense, and document prescriptions safely and efficiently, as well as serve as a resource within your department.
