Regular visits and assessments, use of case management tools, and teamwork help monitor progress and quickly address any setbacks in a client’s housing journey.

The ability to intervene in crises, provide trauma-informed care, and follow Home First’s mission are central to daily tasks. Admin tasks include reporting and documentation.

Collaboration is key, as workers liaise closely with colleagues, external agencies, and aid clients in navigating government services vital for their stability.
