Your duties cover responding to support requests promptly, troubleshooting problems, providing portal walkthroughs, and ensuring high satisfaction in every interaction.
Collaboration is key as you’ll work directly with both customers and internal sales teams, escalating concerns when needed to deliver fast resolutions.
You will also keep customers and stakeholders up-to-date, fully owning engagement until concerns or requests are resolved or redirected as required.

Handling a high volume of requests and managing multiple priorities can be demanding at times, potentially leading to occasional stress.
Cons: Contract & Competition
The 12-month contract is not permanent, and only one opening is available, increasing competition and providing less long-term security.
Salary is undisclosed at first, which could require negotiation and transparency discussions during the application process.
