Job Responsibilities & Daily Routine
Your main responsibilities include greeting residents, proposing seating, offering menus, and taking orders with courtesy and care. You’ll serve meals, help prepare lunches and suppers for the Health Care department, and ensure cleanliness and safety are maintained in all dining areas. Collaboration with kitchen staff is very important to deliver smooth service. Additionally, you’ll help new residents feel welcomed and handle guests’ reservations as needed. Flexibility and teamwork are highly valued on the job.
