As a Client Relationship Specialist, you’ll support ultra-high net worth individuals and families across a range of financial needs, such as retirement, investment management, and education planning. You’ll work collaboratively with a Client Relationship Manager, addressing escalations and managing multiple client concerns at once. Relationship-building and effective communication are essential, as is the ability to adapt to changing business conditions and maintain high service standards.
