The Artisan and Front End Loader Operators job is a permanent opportunity with an attractive, negotiable annual salary. There are multiple vacancies and immediate placement is possible.

All applicants should have at least 6 months of mining experience. Fluent English and a grade 10 or 12 certificate are required as a minimum.
A variety of roles are available, including general workers, drivers with all necessary licenses, office staff, security and safety officers, as well as several artisan and operator categories.
The onboarding process may include a pre-employment medical and, depending on the position, a physical fitness test. Shifts are mornings only.
Job Duties and Daily Responsibilities
Candidates will be responsible for operating heavy mining equipment safely. This includes tasks such as driving loaders or performing repairs as artisans.
General workers support mining operations and may engage in physical tasks or equipment handling. Office staff handle administration and data duties.
For artisan roles, maintenance and repairs on mining machinery, conducting safety checks and troubleshooting issues are regular parts of the job.
Operators are expected to adhere to safety standards, communicate with team leaders, and perform routine checks on their assigned equipment.
All staff are encouraged to practice safe workplace behaviour and to participate in ongoing training sessions or team meetings as required.
