You will be responsible for developing individualized care plans in partnership with patients and families. Duties extend to leading education sessions, providing direct bedside care, and facilitating patient transitions throughout the healthcare system. Cross-training enables you to grow your expertise across populations within six months of hiring.
Shifts are 11.25 hours, spanning days, nights, weekends, and holidays, ensuring continuity of care as you engage in both independent and team-based functions. The ability to support patients experiencing perinatal loss or requiring grief counselling is also valued.
