If you’re exploring remote job opportunities, the HR & Recruiting Generalist opening comes with standout advantages. The monthly pay ranges from $1300 to $2000, and the position is designed for independent contractors seeking flexibility. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, matching a regular workweek.

You’ll play a key role in HR operations for a fast-growing company focused on connecting international talent with leading businesses. This means you’ll be responsible for a variety of people-operations tasks and have direct impact on how the firm scales globally.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

The role combines recruiting, onboarding, training development, and culture initiatives. Daily work involves sourcing and interviewing talent, standardising onboarding, managing HR records, and supporting leadership on performance matters.

You’ll help build and maintain training resources, sometimes turning manuals into video guides. Regular communication with team members and subcontractors is a core part. A high level of organisation and the ability to work independently are important.

You’ll also manage subcontractors, track milestones like promotions and birthdays, and recommend improvements for people processes. Familiarity with platforms such as Connecteam, Gusto, or LinkedIn is a bonus.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with the ability to communicate clearly across Slack, Zoom, and email. Previous HR or recruitment experience, ideally at least two years, is needed to thrive.

Pros of the Job

The company offers a truly flexible work environment suited for proactive professionals. The salary is competitive for similar remote roles, especially given the range for international candidates.

You’ll join a stable team that values collaboration, structured processes, and positive growth culture. The company’s low turnover and commitment to team development make it appealing for those seeking career stability.
