Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Sr. Spec, Program Management, you will oversee complex defense technology programs from start to finish, ensuring key milestones are met while keeping both budgets and technical requirements on track. You will create thorough program plans, coordinate with cross-functional teams spanning engineering, operations, and finance, and serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling reviews and progress updates.

Other key duties include negotiating contracts, drafting proposals, monitoring risks and dependencies, and maintaining a sharp focus on delivering projects within expectations. You will coach team members, manage scope changes, and drive proactive risk management to keep timelines and deliverables in check.
