The Head of Finance and Administration position comes with a compelling salary package of R83 333 to R100 000 per month. Responsibilities and Daily Duties
In this senior role, you will have oversight of all finance, leasing, billing, procurement, credit control, and reporting functions for a property portfolio. Duties include preparing management information and financial reports, supporting financial managers, and ensuring statutory and audit compliance.
Managing cash flow, owner distributions, and banking activities forms a key part of the position. The incumbent is also expected to drive process improvement and automation, participate in budgeting and forecasting, and handle stakeholder engagement. Risk management, BEE spend reporting, and credit vetting are additional core duties.
