Your main day-to-day responsibilities include taking guest orders, recommending food and drinks, and ensuring guests have a positive experience. Applicants must have at least three years of serving experience and a Valid Serving it Right certification. Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and familiarity with wine and cocktails is desirable. Those with WSET certifications are at an advantage.
