Role Overview & Main Responsibilities
This position centres on coordinating large-scale projects across a national network of over 20 partners, supporting both client-facing and internal priorities. You will assist in the daily operations of the National Automotive Dealership group, track project tasks, and prepare and follow up on meeting items.
Key duties involve managing executive schedules, drafting and formatting reports, and ensuring smooth communication among stakeholders. Interaction with clients, maintaining accurate project records, and addressing engagement challenges are also major aspects of the role.
